I'm not sure who would be more insulted at the potential swap deal between Mido and Alan Smith. Both are incredibly injury-prone and both have slight attitude problems. Mido thinks he's worth £10million and Smith thinks he can play for the best team in the world. Hang on, sorry Alan, you did play for the best team in the world. Sorry Smudgey, Smidgey or whatever Utd called you.

Why would Gareth Southgate want a potato waffle like Alan Smith? Is because he is waffling versatile!! Also, why would Gareth want to exchange a player for another player when he could get the money from the sale of Mido and buy in someone that would actually make a difference.
