In today's issue of What's Going On we look back at the Premier League archive of attendances.Barclays Premier League reaches 200 million mark. Last night saw the 200 millionth fan in Barclays Premier League history pass through the turnstiles since the competition began in 1992.The recent landmark proves that the Premier League is the best supported league in the world. The average attendance of a game has reached 30,000 fans since 1992. A massive achievement. Even Boro's dreadful attendances over the past three seasons have seen an improvement. A 5% improvement to be exact. Our attendances are averaging over 28,000 for each home game which is a big improvement on last seasons which was around 26,000.Hopefully that figure will continue to rise in the next few games at home starting with the important clash at the Riverside this Saturday.Come On BoroThanks to www.mfc.co.uk for facts and figures!
