This was disastrous for us. A completely unique game of football for a Boro fan. We had the chances to score we defended terribly and the referee was again on the other teams side. Alves hit the woodwork a record 103 times in 5 minutes and the Boro defence managed to concede two goals deflected goals. The defending manual has to come out again if we are ever to improve because if a defender is going to make a tackle to stop a striker scoring, then surely he should do the job right instead of deflected the ball so our goalkeeper has no chance. I felt sorry for Turnbull yesterday.

Digard sending off. Never in a million years is that a sending off. He has won the ball cleanly and has carried on his run. The ref was totally wrong to send him off.

Alves was unlucky nor to score yesterday. I've been speaking to a few Boro fans and they say he played s**t. Not the case. He is getting into the positions, but it's not going quite right for him. We need to keep the faith and not get on his back.

I'm not sure if we'll have a manager by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.
