New boy Marlon King today insisted that Boro must stick together and grind out results to win their survival battle. The on-loan striker, who could make his club debut in a hothouse
atmosphere at Chelsea tonight, is relishing the opportunity to get
stuck into the relegation battle.
King “There is a lot of quality here. It will shine through if we work hard for each other.”
Well, if the King has said we have a lot of quality, then surely we will survive. I like Marlon King. He seems like an honest hard working player on the pitch. I don't care what he's like off the pitch. He can do what he likes just as long as he puts the effort in on the field, starting tonight at the Bridge.
He is right though, the amount of quality in the squad will surely be enough to keep us up. As long as injuries do not effect our run in we will be ok.
