Stevie Ireland is a legend la la la la la la la la la. I had to count those las 5 times, but it was worth it, as he is becoming one. Bobbie captured the headlines with his exquisite running chip over Al Munia  (Al Lewis as Grandpa Munster)...same man? I think so. Lots of good performances all round. I have to say though, first half...we looked clueless, we couldn't find a pass, it being summed up very succinctly by dear old Vass who in the proverbial 'acres' managed to pass the ball to the nearest red shirt, when it would have been harder to drop his pants and stand on his head and shout 'wey hey missus'. But when the going gets tedious a hero steps forward Stevie Ireland is a legend (with the la la see above). Fortune favours the brave and Stevie stumbled through the whole defence never being in control of the ball only to find himself clear with just Grandpa Munster to beat...which he did sublimely with the first chip of the day.

Half time a bag of chips and a chicken balti pie, but none of these chips could compare with the one Bob was to conjure up. City grew in confidence and could have had 2, 3 more goals. Post game interview Arsend says the scoreline flattered us...0 flattered you Arse-wipe! Did you have a shot on goal, I think one? Anyway it was left to super Danny Sturridge to round it off, dodgy decision, but Dan was the man and he wasn't going to let anyone else get their hands on the ball for the penalty. 3-0 home win. Nice
